• Lou’s acreage customers appreciate his extensive knowledge of rural real estate issues, including wells and well permitting, water rights, septic systems, soil conditions, rural building requirements and rural subdivision rules and guidelines.
Personal Information:
Lou began his real estate career in 1969 in Denver. In 1980 he brought his expertise to Fort Collins with one of the largest and most prestigious real estate companies in Colorado. In 1990, together with his wife Linda, he opened his own brokerage, Kinzli & Co. Lou was drawn to the wide open spaces that northern Fort Collins and Wellington had to offer. This, together with his passion for helping people achieve their dreams of finding a home in the country, led Lou to move Kinzli & Co. to Wellington in 1998. In June of 2007, Lou made the decision to merge with Re/Max in an effort to provide his customers with the benefits of a nationwide network.
