We worked with Kathy Scribner to sell our home during a tremendously stressful time for our family. She was always upfront and gave us all the options without pressuring us to go a certain way. My husband and I did not want to do a short sale at first and Kathy gave it her best to sell our house at our asking price. As weeks went buy, she lowered the price, talked to other agents to make sure we received comments from the showings, and kept immaculate records of EVERYTHING.
We ended up moving and leaving the house empty. At that point we all agreed to try and short sell the house. Kathy and her partner were taking classes to become specialists in that area. Kathy and Billie Jo are never satisfied with "floating" along! They want to be the best to serve their customers. The bank holding our 2nd was being unresponsive, and we had deadlines. Kathy searched online, found the CEO (someone at that level), and emailed him. She was told one thing, then another, but she never gave up. She kept calling and emailing until finally we closed at 5pm on the closing day.
The title company was also terrific and helped us close from 1200 miles away.
